EXPOL POLYSTYRENE
EXPOL insulation products may be lightweight but they pack a punch when it comes to R-values, proven performance and sustainability. Made from expanded polystyrene insulation (EPS), EXPOL insulation is effectively 98% air captured within a 2% cellular matrix. Its rigid foam make-up enables it to hold its shape over time. It won’t sag or slump, meaning insulation performance remains at its original value for decades to come.

KNAUF INSULATION
The Earthwool glasswool range includes a selection of R-Values to provide builders, designers, installers and DIYers the opportunity to choose the best thermal performance for their project. Earthwool glasswool will improve the thermal comfort and energy efficiency of the building in which they have been installed thus keeping it cool in summer and warm in winter. Super-soft to handle and install, Earthwool glasswool is made using up to 80% recycled glass and with a sustainable, bio-based binder that contains no added formaldehyde.

KNAUF CLIMAFOAM
ClimaFoam XPS board is ideal for the insulation of concrete slabs and concrete retaining walls. The product has a high compressive strength and the closed cell structure makes it resistant to water. ClimaFoam XPS board has a low thermal conductivity which produces high R-Values relative to its thickness. ClimaFoam XPS board is durable and equipped for ‘site survival’.

ACOUSTIC SOLUTIONS
WHISPER
Whisper sound absorbing foam is a hydrophobic material that provides excellent acoustical properties. This material is easy to fabricate and install and is consistent in humid environments. Excellent acoustical performance with a Noise Reduction Coefficient of 1, humid and moisture resistant, fabricated into any shape and no additional moisture barrier needed. Available in 2400mm x 1200mm sheets with 50/100mm thicknesses in either black or white.
SOUNDLAG
Soundlag is a high-performance composite acoustic lagging product developed to reduce noise from pipes, valves, fan housings, and ductwork in commercial, industrial and domestic buildings.
Soundlag comes in varying compositions with barrier weights from 3 kg/m² to 8 kg/m² and the decoupling layer with a choice of plain or convoluted foam, polyester, fibreglass, glass wool or quilted glass wool with thicknesses from 6 mm to 50 mm.
FABRITRAK
FabriTRAK is used as an interior architectural finish for walls and ceilings using fabric, vinyl or leather coverings. FabriTRAK is made and designed to allow the designer’s creativity to embrace virtually any wall or ceiling space or configuration. FabriTRAK lends itself for application on undulating walls, portals or columns.
FabriTRAK is available in round edge, square edge and bevel edge details in sizes ranging from 3/8″ (10mm) to 2″ (50mm). However, any depth can be achieved with a custom build-out.

Highly versatile; Autex Acoustic Blanket (AAB) is ideal for managing noise in theatres, studios, auditoriums, offices and retail complexes. GreenStuf® AAB is an ideal solution for an acoustic treatment behind modular ceiling and wall panels.

THERMOBREAK ROLL
Thermobreak is a fibre-free foam product range that has the lowest thermal conductivity of any flexible insulation material on the market. Zero vapour permeability and mould and fungal growth-resistance make it incredibly long-lasting. Thermobreak products are also quick and easy to install, ‘Green Star’ certified and contain no VOCs or fibres - so there’s no need for protective equipment for installers. Available in 5mm and 10mm x 50m rolls. Can be cut to length.
MAMMOTH
DUCT LINER
Mammoth NOVAhush Panel Absorber acoustic insulation is 100% polyester and designed to be used as an interior surface lining in commercial or residential spaces to help reduce noise reverberation. It is a semi rigid board in white, black or grey and can also be used within HVAC ducting.
Available in 2400mm x 1200mm sheets in 25mm and 50mm thicknesses.
3M FIRE BARRIER DUCT WRAP
3M Fire Barrier Duct Wrap is a smart solution addressing a variety of application needs including air ducts, grease ducts, and chemical exhaust ducts. Manufactured with a man-made vitreous spun fibre, which provides low thermal transfer properties in a lightweight, low profile, easy to apply product . The insulative properties of Duct Wrap help keep heat, fire and smoke contained.
DUCTING & DAMPERS
The Kilargo intumescent fire damper incorporates a series of parallel intumescent slats reinforced with impact-resistant steel edging, all housed in a rigid steel framework. Under normal conditions these dampers allow air to pass freely through the building. However, in the event of fire, the slats swell to many times their original thickness, fusing together to form a stable and resilient fire-resistant barrier that forms an effective barrier to flames and hot smoke.
FIBERGLASS PIPE INSULATION
Fiberglass pipe insulation is manufactured from rigid glass mineral wool pre-moulded into one-piece cylindrical sections. These sections are slit along one wall to allow the insulation to be opened and installed over piping. The combination of these materials creates an easily installed, compression resistant pipe insulation with highthermal efficiency, exceptional sound absorption properties and an increased operating temperature limit.
The sectional pipe insulation is available in 1 meter length an with a variety of wall thickness to suit standard steel pipes and copper tube from 12.7mm to 355mm O.D.
DUCT SEALER
Bostik FR Duct sealer is a non slump, fast drying adhesive/sealer. Once fully dried FR Duct Sealer remains fully flexible performing over a wide temperature range on both internal and external surfaces. It is paintable and bonds well to most commonly found construction surfaces such as galvanised steel and other metals, wood, and concrete.
Available in 375ml cartridges.

PRIME PANELS FR MDF
Prime MDF FR ticks the boxes for both safety and sophistication when used as a negative detail on veneer panels. The Prime Black MDF FR is even more striking when used this way. Both meet a Group S1 fire rating on their own or when overlaid with veneer or melamine.

FOIL TAPE
A self-wound, heavy duty, 72-micron, pure aluminium foil with an aggressive rubber adhesive. Suitable for use in the refrigeration, construction and HVAC industries. Ideal for use as a moisture vapour barrier and for heavy duty sealing of insulation products.

REINFORCED FOIL TAPE
A pure aluminium foil laminated to a cross weave polyethylene reinforcing, coated with a rubber adhesive and a paper release liner.
The distinctive reinforcing pattern makes reinforced foil tape ideal for joining similar foil building materials. Suitable for use in the HVAC and construction industries. Ideal as a moisture vapour barrier seal, ducting and venting sealing, and insulation joining.

FOAM TAPE
Danco foam tape is a general-purpose closed cell PVC foam tape. Used for non-critical applications requiring positive seals on flat or light radius curves. Seals out air, moisture and dust at sea level when compressed by at least 30%.

HAYDN CARPET PROTECTION
Haydn Carpet Film is an 80-micron self-adhering clear polyethylene film with a pressure sensitive adhesive coating on one side for temporary carpet protection. It is a non-trip hazard staying securely in place and its proven and safe for covering carpet even in public thoroughfares. Use to protect carpet from heavy foot traffic during remodelling, moving, parties and painting.
